Healthy Eating Tips
Breakfast - the most important meal of the day. Try these tips they may help you get your day off to a healthy start:

Plan and pack your breakfast the night before.

Crackers and cheese, low-fat peanut butter and crackers, piece of fruit, sugar-free yogurt with granola, are all good, healthy snacks to carry with you in the car.

Set out a bowl, cereal, 1/2 bagel, English muffin and peanut butter, or fruit.

Plan something you like; it does not have to be a traditional breakfast food – i.e. tuna pita sandwich, or low-fat cottage cheese.

Start your day with a piece of fruit and a glass of 1% milk – the fruit has Vitamin C and the milk has protein.
