Please join us in the first ever Paddle for the Cure event on the Wye River in Queenstown, Maryland on Saturday, August 23, 2008.
All clubs, organizations and individuals are encouraged to participate in this very special event. You can bring your own equipment or rent a canoe or kayak on site.
Each participant is required to raise a minimum of $200.00. Participants are eligible for incentive prizes when they go beyond the $200 goal.
All funds raised from this event will fund diabetes researchers working on the cure.
Also at the event we will have on hand diabetes products, health & fitness vendors that will showcase their products and services.
